Open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm, the social enterprise offers young people with disabilities the chance to gain real work experience within a bustling dining environment. Located on The Cotswold Way, StarBistro was recently named community/food hero in the Gloucestershire Foodie Awards. It serves simple and in-season dishes with ingredients sourced from Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and the South West of England.
Dogs are welcome on the covered terrace, where there is always a bowl of fresh water and dog treats waiting for four-legged diners.
